We hear you and appreciate all the feedback attendees have left after previous years’ Dragonsteel Nexus conventions. We always review and consider all feedback in our planning and strive to continue to improve the Dragonsteel Nexus experience!

New Technology

This year Dragonsteel Nexus has moved to a new convention technology platform! This move will bring a better managed registration and badge purchase experience, better display and readability of schedules and events, and a new mobile app. (App availability expected late this year, watch for updates.) It also allows panelists and speakers more tools to provide notes to panel attendees and collect questions and feedback.

New Processes

Initial registration processes will be announced to those who sign up for our Dragonsteel Nexus newsletter between May 20, 2025 and June 6, 2025. Those who signup will receive more information about accessing and purchasing a badge no later than mid June 2025. Any remaining badges will go up for general purchase after early access closes.

To help reduce or prevent scalping and scams, badges will no longer be able to be transferred to others once purchased—all badges must be purchased directly through DragonsteelNexus.com. Badge holders can use our site to process a refund and cancel their badge any time prior to November 1.

Unified Attendee Experience

Dragonsteel Nexus plans a new approach this year! Rather than setting a limited number of fans apart from the others through VIP bundles, all attendees will have the same base experience. The premium merch previously reserved for purchase by VIP badge holders will now be available for purchase by any badge holder.

Additionally, Brandon’s release event will be streamed to all main areas of the convention. Attendees may continue playing games in the game room, sit in the quiet room away from the large crowds, gather with friends in a smaller room, or otherwise opt to avoid the entry line for the large room without missing the event!
