All backer surveys are managed through your BackerKit pledge manager. We recommend creating and logging in to a backer account for quickest and easiest access. You can access your backer survey for our campaign at https://words-of-radiance-leatherbound.backerkit.com/backer/review
(Note: You may either login with a BackerKit backer account tied to the same email address used for your survey, or you can enter your email address into the field on this page and a one-time use link will be emailed to you to access your survey.)

If you are unable to access your survey using directions above, please try the following:
- Search your email account for the subject line

Check your email spam/junk folder
Add no-reply@s.backerkit.com to your address book or safe list, then try requesting the email again,.
Login to https://www.backerkit.com/c/users and see what your email address is set to.
Go to https://words-of-radiance-leatherbound.backerkit.com/, enter the email listed in your BackerKit account, and click “Get My Survey.” Repeat steps 1-3.
If you have changed your email address since the campaign ended, BackerKit may have your old email address. Please check the inbox and junk/spam folders for your old address if you have access to it.
If you are still unable to retrieve your survey email or gain access to your survey, please open a support ticket with our team at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new.
