Important Notes:

  • By backing the campaign, a BackerKit account was created that allows you to see any/all of your projects on BackerKit at any time.
  • If you are only receiving the ebook and audiobook rewards, you still need to set a shipping address. A shipping address is required to calculate various sales and digital taxes for your individual region.

Note: If you are charged sales tax in error, please submit a ticket and our support team will work to resolve the issue with you. 

  • If you have multiple surveys with the same email address, you will have a link at the top of the page to switch between surveys. Be sure to update all relevant survey addresses.


If you change your address after it is pulled from your survey for a particular shipment, we cannot guarantee the package will be sent to the correct address. We will do our best to pull only enough addresses for one or two days worth of shipments. At that point, we will be unable to locate or change the shipping for your reward. 


Changing your shipping address as soon as you can is the best way to ensure your boxes will be shipped to the correct address. We also recommend setting up mail forwarding when you move, just in case.

Updating From Your Mobile Device
  1. If you see this page after logging in, tap the down arrow in the top bar with the campaign name on it:

    Then tap the "View Confirmation" option. (This might say "Edit Address" instead.)

  2. Tap "Shipping Info"

  4. Update all necessary details and save your updated address.
    • NOTE: If you need to change your state or country and are unable to update it yourself, please contact us with the information that needs correction and let us know you were unable to change it yourself.
    • NOTE: If the "Edit Shipping Info" option is not available, please contact us with your full address and let us know you were unable to change it yourself, and we will be happy to update your address for you.

Updating From Your Computer
  1. If you see this page after logging in, click the "Edit Your Address" option. (This button might say "Edit Your Order" or "View Confirmation" instead.)


  2. Click "Edit Shipping Info"


  3. Update all necessary details and save your updated address.
