  4. What should I do if my Spotify code has already been used?
    **Please verify that you are using the correct code as some devices have been known to auto-fill in the redemption code for a previous secret project novel.**

    If you have confirmed you are using the correct code and it still says it’s already been redeemed, please reach out to Spotify directly for additional assistance at the following email support@authors-direct.com.
     


  5. What should I do if my Speechify code has already been used?
    **Make sure you are using an iPhone as other devices are not supported**
    **Please verify that you are using the correct code as some devices have been known to auto-fill in the redemption code for a previous secret project novel.    **
