Delays in shipping and tracking updates are unfortunate but common, particularly with international shipping. We cannot do anything while the package is actively in transit.


If the tracking does not show movement for your international delivery for two months (one month for a domestic delivery) it may be considered lost and we can assist you with obtaining a refund or replacement. Please wait to contact us until that time.


Please note that with increased shipment volume handled by carriers and therefore increased delays, between October and January we must wait up to three months for international deliveries (or a month and a half for domestic deliveries) before we can take any action.
