You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when you place your order, and another (containing your tracking number) when a shipping label is printed for your package. There are no order status changes between these steps. Your order status will remain PENDING or PROCESSING until we print the label. Once your order has shipped, the only information we are able to provide is the same information you can see with your tracking number. Thank you for your patience!
