Cancelling an Order


If an order needs to be cancelled, please submit a support ticket at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new

Note, that orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped. 


If a an email with a tracking number has been sent out, it is too late to cancel the order.


If a cancellation request has not been sent and processed prior to an order being sent out, please contact Dragonsteel support to review available options for a return. 


Please note that voluntary returns are only offered at the discretion of Dragonsteel. Requests will generally not be accepted if submitted more than two weeks after purchase or if the items have been opened. Customers are responsible for costs associated with returning a recent purchase for refund. 



Can I Make Changes to My Existing Order?


Dragonsteel support is happy to assist with adjustments to orders when possible. Note, that adjustments can only be made before the order is packed and shipped.


If an email with a tracking number has been sent out, it is too late to make changes to an existing order.

Dragonsteel support seeks to accommodate order adjustments when possible but please be aware that during busy periods of the year or during sales some adjustment requests may not be answered prior to shipping.

Updating an Address on an Order? 


Dragonsteel support is happy to help correct a shipping address error when possible. Note, that address corrections can only be made before the order is packed and shipped.


If an email with a tracking number has been sent out, it is too late to make changes to the existing order.
