All books purchased through the Hoid’s Storybook Campaign will be published in English. The four picture books and The Fires of December will all have campaign-exclusive treatment; editions sold after the campaign will not include these details. The four picture books will have an embossing on the title and gold foil accents on the dust cover. For The Fires of December, the campaign-exclusive book will have printed page ends that match the book’s endpapers. All books from the campaign are printed and bound in the USA.
