Ways to Participate

There are many ways to participate in Nexus. The four most common categories are: attendee, panelist, exhibitor, and squire. Every role is important and each one contributes to making Nexus a success.

Attendee

Attendees are the reason we host the convention! Purchasing a badge allows access to the exhibitor hall, panels, craft room, game room, Dragonsteel Store, and so much more! There is something for every attendee.

Panelist

Attendees, exhibitors, and invited guests are welcome to apply to participate in a panel and can offer suggested topics. Panelists share their expertise with dozens (and sometimes hundreds) of eager fans. Apply to be a panelist here.

Exhibitor

Exhibitors showcase their many talents in our exhibitor hall. The exhibitor floor will be filled with art, merchandise, experiences, authors, and more. Exhibitors receive all attendee benefits as well as access to our exhibitor lounge. They also have the opportunity to interact with thousands of amazing people! Apply to be an exhibitor here.

Squire

If attendees are the “why” we hold Nexus, squires are the “how!” Squires are paid, temporary employees who help in every aspect of the convention, from restocking the Dragonsteel Store to making sure all staff have water. Squires help with the game room, craft room, registration, panels, exhibitor hall, and so much more.  Apply to be a squire here.
