The carriers we ship through are very reliable and we depend on them to deliver hundreds (sometimes thousands) of packages every week. Unfortunately, with the high volume of packages transported through extended transportation systems, delays can occur. We recognize that these delays can be concerning, especially when tracking is not updated. While uncommon, this can be caused by several reasons, including (but not limited to):

  • Failure of the carrier to scan your package upon arrival and/or departure from one or more transit locations
  • Lack of available space for your package due to higher priority shipments
  • Your package being misplaced
  • Your package being damage, lost, or stolen

Often these packages will continue moving again, even if delayed by as much as several weeks.

What you can do, and what we can do:

We ask for patience for both the carrier and our shipping team. Once we package and ship your order, it is out of our hands. We have no way of finding any information about it beyond what can be obtained through the tracking number our shipping software sends you, and cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages.

It is common for an international tracking number to show an extended period of time in the most recent US location, even though the package is still moving. Sometimes it is still traveling to your country, or often tracking simply hasn't been updated once the package is in your country. Please check with the carrier for any additional information. In the rare case that an international shipment has been shipped via USPS, please contact your local postal system to see if the package has been transferred to them for updates.
