Your Pledge Details Through Your Backer Survey

Each pledge has specific rewards associated with the tier you back at. To review the rewards you will receive with your pledge, please review your backer survey https://words-of-radiance-leatherbound.backerkit.com/backer/review. If you have not already done so, Dragonsteel recommends logging in to your backer account at https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/dragonsteel/words-of-radiance-leatherbound/pledge_levels for quickest and easiest access to this survey. The backer survey includes all add-ons and tier rewards as well as what address they will ship to.

Having a Hard Time Accessing Your Survey?

Please try the following:

1. Search your email account for the subject line “Response Needed — Get your reward for Words of Radiance Leatherbound by Brandon Sanderson”
2. Check your email’s spam/junk folder.
3. Add no-reply@s.backerkit.com to your address book or safe list, then try requesting the email again.
4. Login to https://www.backerkit.com/c/users and see what your email address is set to.
5. Go to https://words-of-radiance-leatherbound.backerkit.com/, enter the email listed in your BackerKit account, and click “Get My Survey.” Repeat steps 1-3.
6. If you have changed your email address since the campaign ended, BackerKit may have your old email address. Please check the inbox and junk/spam folders for your old address if you have access to it.
7. If you are still unable to retrieve your survey email or gain access to your survey, please open a support ticket with the Dragonsteel team at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new. Please be patient as support response times vary.
