Your Pledge Details Through Your Backer Survey

Each pledge has specific rewards associated with the tier you back. To review the rewards you will receive with your pledge, please review your backer survey. The backer survey includes all add-ons and tier rewards as well as what address they will ship to. 

Having a hard time accessing your survey?

Please try the following:

1. Search your email account for the subject line “Response Needed — Get your reward for Hoid’s Storybook Collection by Brandon Sanderson”

2. Check your email’s spam/junk folder.

3. Add no-reply@s.backerkit.com to your address book or safe list, then try requesting the email again.

4. Login to BackerKit users and see what your email address is set as.

5. Go to the Hoid's Storybook Collection, enter the email listed in your BackerKit account, and click “Get My Survey.” Repeat steps 1-3.

6. If you have changed your email address since the campaign ended, BackerKit may have your old email address. Please check the inbox and junk/spam folders for your old address if you have access to it.

If you are still unable to retrieve your survey email or gain access to your survey, please open a support ticket with the Dragonsteel customer support team. Please be patient as support response times vary.
