These are posted semi-regularly throughout fulfillment, and we strive to include actionable and helpful information directly related to your pledge rewards. We’ll do our best to keep our spanreed communication to a minimum. Our ardents in the Tashikk hub have been given strict instructions to send only timely, considerate, and consolidated messages.

Separate from the campaign updates, you will also receive an email with tracking information once your rewards have shipped! Once you've received this notification, your rewards are being packed by Dragonsteel’s fulfillment team and shipped to the address we have on file. Once you receive this update, we cannot guarantee any changes to your pledge or address.
Due to the sheer number of backers pledging to this campaign, Dragonsteel cannot confirm addresses before sending shipments. Instead, we ask that each backer stay up to date on their addresses. Instructions to update your address can be found in the help article Updating My Shipping Address.
