What If My Payment Fails?

You’ll receive an email from BackerKit if your payment fails (this may be sent to your spam folder, so keep an eye out there). If you are unable to correct the payment issue within fourteen days, your pledge will still be imported into the pledge manager, where you can reclaim your pledge and correct your payment information.

Your rewards will be added to Dragonsteel’s shipping queue once you have paid in full. They cannot be shipped until full payment has been received.

Please note that pledges with incomplete payments will not be eligible for a refund, partial or full.
