Happy weekend to you all! We wanted to give you another update about the Eye of the World leatherbounds.
In his March 17th weekly update, Brandon said that "we have a stay tuned for more" update. Isaac Stewart—our VP of the Creative Department—went to the bindery to discover the root cause of the issues. While he was there, he affirmed our hopes: "the bindery is awesome, they've heard our concerns, and we're all working together to perfect the process."
Thankfully, many of the books seem unaffected by the manufacturing concerns. For those that are, Isaac says, "We are trying to improve the process to be more replicatable over thousands of books. It will take some time." We appreciate your patience in this process as we run some more tests, which will determine what we can do for you.
