What Is Your Replacement Policy?

The Dragonsteel policy for replacements, housed under the refund policy https://www.dragonsteelbooks.com/pages/refund-policy, is in effect for this campaign.

Please reach out to Dragonsteel within two weeks of initial shipment delivery if you have any concerns. This includes damaged and missing items. Dragonsteel also recommends keeping an eye on the community tab of the campaign for updates related to shipping and replacement deadlines.

Just as Dragonsteel advises against drinking crem water, Dragonsteel asks that you do not wait to open these packages. If an item is defective, missing, or damaged and Dragonsteel is not notified of the issue within two weeks of initial shipment delivery, it is possible that Dragonsteel will be unable to provide a replacement for that item.
