Delays in shipping and tracking updates are unfortunate but common. Dragonsteel cannot directly fix issues related to delays once a package is in the hands of USPS. However, Dragonsteel support is happy to help answer questions and offer suggestions if an issue with a shipping carrier does arise. Please reach out to us through our ticket system at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new.
I Am Worried that USPS Lost My Package
The timeframes below define the point at which Dragonsteel will classify a package as lost and work on sending a replacement. While shipping delays are frustrating, a replacement cannot be generated before a month has passed from the original ship date, and two weeks from the last tracking update.
I Was Notified My Shipment Was Delivered, but I Cannot Find It
If you are unable to locate your shipment after you receive confirmation that your items were delivered, or your tracking shows that your package was delivered, often one of three things has happened:
The carrier of your package prematurely marked it as delivered. If this is the case, it will usually be delivered within a few days.
Someone already brought the package inside and it is sitting somewhere out of the way.
Your package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or wrong address, or it fell behind an obstruction like a bush, tree, or hardscaping.
Please try to locate the package, check with neighbors to see if the shipment was misdelivered, and contact your local carrier. If you are still unable to locate the package and a week has passed since it was marked as delivered, please submit a support ticket at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new.
My Package was Stolen
If you have confirmation that your items were stolen (porch camera, carrier confirmed mailbox burglary, etc.) you do not need to wait one week as is required with a lost package. Instead, please submit a support ticket at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new.
