Tracking Your Items

You will receive a message—either email or SMS—with the tracking number for your rewards as soon as the shipping label has been printed. 


Once your package has shipped, the only information we are able to provide is the same information you can see with your tracking number. 


Additionally, we aren’t able to detail when a specific package will ship. The best updates you will receive are from the campaign’s update page (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brotherwise/the-stormlight-archive-rpg/posts) and your tracking information


Tracking Delays

USPS is very reliable, and we depend on them to deliver hundreds (sometimes thousands) of packages every week. We ask for patience for both the carrier and our shipping team. Once we package and ship your rewards, it is out of our hands. We have no way of finding any information about it beyond what can be obtained through the tracking number.


Please check with the carrier for any additional information, including contacting your local postal system to see if the package has been transferred to them for updates.
