Expedited vs Standard Shipping
Dragonsteel offers both standard and expedited shipping options for all store orders. Expedited shipping will always be the more expensive choice but the differences are outlined below:
Standard Shipping
- Dragonsteel will generally fulfill these orders in the order that they are placed (e.g., an order placed early in the week will be processed before an order placed at the end of the
- same week).
- Packages will generally ship as USPS ground advantage or USPS media mail for
- domestic orders.
- Packages will ship as FedEx Priority Express for all international orders.
Expedited Shipping
- Dragonsteel will fulfill these orders before those with standard shipping.
- Packages will ship as USPS priority mail for domestic orders.
- Packages will ship as FedEx connect plus for international orders.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders are shipped out Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. As soon as an order has been packaged and prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order.
While we cannot provide an estimated delivery date, each carrier generally provides an estimated delivery date with the tracking number for the shipment.
Dragonsteel generally will only ship using USPS and FedEx. While Dragonsteel is not able to provide guarantees regarding delivery dates, some fans have reported that burning a glyphward to the Herald of your choice may help in certain circumstances.
Shipping Timeframes May Be Longer than Normal During the Following Times:
- Holiday seasons/End of the year
- Dragonsteel’s annual Light Day Sale (starting October 28, 2025)
- Anytime we restock or adds new items to the store
