Damaged and Missing Items

If any item in your shipment is damaged or your package arrived incomplete, we want to help address the issue as soon as possible. All damaged and missing item requests related to campaign rewards must be submitted within two weeks of delivery.


Please submit all requests through the Dragonsteel ticket portal at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new to start this process. A member of the support team will review your request and advise you of all available options.
