Damaged Items
If any part of an order is damaged we want to help address the issue as soon as possible. All damaged item(s) requests related to store orders must be submitted within two weeks of delivery.

Voluntary Returns
Purchases made on Dragonsteelbooks.com maybe be eligible for a voluntary return. All return requests related to store orders must be submitted within two weeks of delivery.

Any book purchased through the store cannot be returned for a refund if it has been removed from the original shrink wrap.
