All orders are sent out from the Dragonsteel warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
We are not able to offer tours or accept drop-ins at the warehouse.
An appointment is required to enter the warehouse for anyone who is not an employee.
Any return or exchange should be shipped back to the Dragonsteel warehouse directly at the following address:

Local Pickup or Dropoff
We cannot currently support local pickup or dropoff for purchases made through Dragonsteelbooks.com or for crowdfunding campaign rewards.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return any damaged merchandise which may need to be replaced for both fans both locally and those who live out of state.
