Dragonsteel Warehouse

-All orders are sent out from the Dragonsteel warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah. 

-We are not able to offer tours or accept drop-ins at the warehouse. 

-An appointment is required to enter the warehouse for anyone who is not an employee.

-Any returns or exchanges should be shipped back to the Dragonsteel warehouse directly to the following address:

Local Pickup or Dropoff

We cannot currently support local pickup or dropoff for purchases made through Dragonsteelbooks.com or for crowdfunding campaign rewards.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return any damaged merchandise, which may need to be replaced, for fans that are local and those who live out of state.
