the reliability of shipping services. Countries not listed—including those that the company may have shipped to in the past—have been unreliable and have high rates of shipments being damaged, stolen, or lost. If you live in one of these areas, Dragonsteel does not want to risk your valuable books and rewards, and so cannot in good conscience offer shipping to your country.
Please be aware that Dragonsteel is not able to offer replacements for missing or lost rewards or packages if the tracking information shows it as delivered to a mail forwarding company.
