Tracking Your Order
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when you place your order. This is proof that the order was successful and is in queue for shipping.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a second message with the tracking number for your order as soon as the shipping label has been printed.
There are no order status changes or other alerts between these two steps. Your order status will remain PENDING or PROCESSING until the label is printed.
Once your order has shipped, the only information we are able to provide is the same information you can see with your tracking number.
Tracking Delays
The carriers we ship through are very reliable and we depend on them to deliver hundreds (sometimes thousands) of packages every week. We ask for patience for both the carrier and our shipping team. Once we package and ship your order, it is out of our hands. We have no way of finding any information about it beyond what can be obtained through the tracking number
It is common for an international tracking number to show an extended period of time in the most recent US location, even though the package is still moving. Sometimes it is still traveling to your country, or often tracking simply hasn't been updated once the package is in your country. Please check with the carrier for any additional information. In the rare case that an international shipment has been shipped via USPS, please contact your local postal system to see if the package has been transferred to them for updates.
