Dragonsteel is very excited to get you your items and wants you to get them as quickly as possible! To make this happen, we need your help. Dragonsteel needs your shipping address two weeks before shipping your rewards. The way Dragonsteel’s system integrates with Backerkit allows labels to be prepared about two weeks before shipping begins. Once printed, you will get the email notification that your items have shipped, and it’s too late to change your address on your own.
To change your address manually, please go to your Backerkit survey at https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/dragonsteel/words-of-radiance-leatherbound and follow the steps below.
Updating From Your Mobile Device
- If you see this page after logging in, tap the down arrow in the top bar with the campaign name on it:
Then tap the "View Confirmation" option. (This might say "Edit Address" instead.)
- Tap "Shipping Info"
- Tap "Edit Shipping Info"
- Update all necessary details and save your updated address.
Note: If you need to change your state or country and are unable to update it yourself, please contact us through our support system at https://support.dragonsteelbooks.com/support/tickets/new with your full address and let us know you were unable to change it yourself. Dragonsteel support is happy to help update the address for you.
Updating From Your Computer
- If you see this page after logging in, click the "Edit Your Address" option. (This button might say "Edit Your Order" or "View Confirmation" instead.)
- Click "Edit Shipping Info"
- Update all necessary details and save your updated address.
